Systems
The systems produced at KIBERNETIKA are turn-key systems. They are distributed or centralized, simplex or redundant, are integrated within the plant's network, have an advanced operator interface, feature powerful archiving, reporting and alarming capabilities, realize smart control loops and deliver data to foreign systems through a number of industrial media and protocols. In many projects some or most of the components are fail safe certified, ATEX certified for explosion-proof work in various zones and conditions.
Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD)
KIBERNETIKA provides design, delivery and implementation of ESD systems up to IEC 61508 SIL3 based on certified fail-safe control components,
including simplex, redundant and Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) systems.
Depending on the application and customer’s requirements we work with various products from market leaders: TMR systems from
ICS Triplex (Rockwell Automation Company), fail safe PLCs from
Siemens,

Allen Bradley.
Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
KIBERNETIKA delivers services for some of the major DCS on the market - Yokogawa Centum 3000, ABB System 800xA, Siemens PCS7.
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems
KIBERNETIKA has developed and implemented many PLC-based systems in all kinds of industries. All major PLCs on the market are supported - Siemens S7, ABB, Allen Bradley, WAGO and many others.
Human Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA
KIBERNETIKA develops and implements sophisticated Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems within PLC-based control systems and RTU-based control systems, operator interface within DCS, operator panels in control rooms, HMI with industrial operator panels. Some of the products we support include Copadata Zenon, Siemens WinCC, Iconics Genesis32, Arc Informatique products, ABB OperateIT.
KIBERNETIKA develops sophisticated Report Generation systems to present real-time and off-line overview of the major production factors. We develop systems based on customer specific forms, scripts and software, as well as applications within generic Report Generation Systems. We support ODS Dream Report software, Report Generation functionalities of SCADA systems, application programming based on Microsoft products.
Industrial Communication Systems
KIBERNETIKA designs and implements various Industria Communication Systems to optimize the cabling and to increase the overall reliability and performance. We support all major field protocols like Profibus DP, Profibus PA, ControlNet, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RS485/RS422, Profibus FMS, TCP/IP and many others. To integrate smoothly third party systems and to deliver data reliably from field to operator and management levels we use extensively OPC communications – OPC servers, OPC bridges, OPC tunnels. Our main activities are with Kepware OPC products.
Control Instrumentation and Drives
KIBERNETIKA designs, delivers and integrates complex instrumentation and drive systems for our projects. Our engineers are capable to test, tune and program the equipment on-site. We support products from Endress+Hauser, Siemens, ABB, Rittal, Schneider, Phoenix Contact, General Electric, Belimo, AUMA among many other market leading vendors.
